The L2 BubbleTea Gift Card & Rewards Card - Terms of Use Agreement
The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of the L2 BubbleTea Gift Card & Rewards Card.The use of any L2 BubbleTea Card Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.
Use of the L2 BubbleTea Gift Dollars
The L2 BubbleTea Gift dollars can only be used as a form of payment at the participating L2 BubbleTea Gift Store. The L2 BubbleTea Gift dollars allows the user to add dollars on the card for future purchases. The amount of dollars on the L2 BubbleTea Gift Card do not expire, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Adding dollars to the L2 BubbleTea Gift Card
You can add dollars to your L2 BubbleTea Gift Card at the participating L2 BubbleTea Store. A minimum value of $20.00 is required per L2 BubbleTea Gift Card activation.
Use of the L2 BubbleTea Rewards Account:
REGISTRATION
You need to register your profile online at www. L2BubbleTea.com and link your L2 BubbleTea Rewards Card to your profile to become a privileged member OR you could use your smart phone and opt to generate a digital L2 BubbleTea Rewards Card upon your registration process. The choice is yours. Start by filling out the registration form to receive an activation email and then click on the link to authenticate your membership inscription.
BENEFITS
All L2 BubbleTea Reward members can purchase 10 BubbleTeas to obtain 1 free L2 BubbleTea Small Reward drink at any participating L2 BubbleTea Store. All valid members can redeem their 1 free L2 BubbleTea Small Reward drink from any participating L2 BubbleTea Store. Valid members will receive and may earn personalized email promotions from time to time from the L2 BubbleTea Store.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are offered and emailed to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time to the location identified within the personalized offer.
MEMBER
A valid member is any customer who has completed the free registration process and has activated their L2 BubbleTea Rewards Card membership profile by using a valid email on L2BubbleTea.seemypass.com website.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS
The L2 BubbleTea Gift & Rewards program and the L2 BubbleTea stores cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions, including cards and or the offering of a free L2 BubbleTea.
FREE L2 BUBBLE TEA
Only the registered cards and activated L2 BubbleTea Reward Members can earn and redeem their free L2 BubbleTea Small Reward drink upon future purchase made at the L2 BubbleTea Store. Free L2 BubbleTeas are limited to a 30 day expiration as of the date it was generated. Once L2 BubbleTeas are expired they will no longer be valid at any participating L2 BubbleTea store.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND EXPIRY
All L2 BubbleTea physcial or digital cards that have not been used for 730 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the program will be expired.
MODIFICATIONS
The L2 BubbleTea Rewards Card and the L2 BubbleTea Stores reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the L2 BubbleTea Rewards Card program, to alter, limit, modify or add to the L2 BubbleTea Rewards Card program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.l2bubbletea.com
PROTECT YOUR CARD
You can register your L2 BubbleTea Gift & Rewards Card online at www.l2bubbletea.com to protect the balance on the card. Your L2 BubbleTea Gift & Rewards account balances are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established. All notifications must be submitted by filling out the contact us form online at L2BubbleTea.seemypass.com.
CARD BALANCES
You can obtain the balance of your L2 BubbleTea Gift & Rewards Card by visiting the L2 BubbleTea Store and or online at www.l2bubbletea.com. Any time you conduct a L2 BubbleTea Gift & Rewards Card transaction, you will be provided with a receipt (proof of transaction) clearly identifying your rewards card. You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.
ERRORS
The L2 BubbleTea Store shall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the location. Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of the L2 BubbleTea Store.
The L2 BubbleTea Stores reserves the right not to accept, load or re-issue L2 BubbleTea Gift & Rewards Card if the L2 BubbleTea Stores reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and the L2 BubbleTea Stores, and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
